Remote MySQL

To use Remote MySQL, you can connect via any remote MySQL tool - like Navicat or HeidiSQL. Please note that we do not support using our MySQL databases for hosting game servers or other extremely load intensive applications.

You must whitelist the IP address of the connecting machine in the "Remote MySQL" section of your cPanel.

Additionally, you must also create a support ticket and provide us with the same IP address so that we may whitelist it in our internal network firewall.

The connecting hostname will be your server hostname. The port will be 3306.
