How do I get my website migrated from my old hosting?

If your old hosting company uses cPanel, then we can perform the site migration for free. Just open a support ticket that contains the login credentials and login URL to your old hosting control panel and describe the nature of the migration needed.

If your old hosting company does not use cPanel, then we can still migrate your site - however it would fall under Advanced Support and be billed at our standard rates. Read further here: https://archhosting.net/knowledgebase/71/What-are-your-Advanced-Support-rates.html
