We will be releasing a revised Master User Policy, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy wherein they will contain clarifications and amendments to terms of our service. We have also added updated clauses in regards to recent data regulation legislature.

The right to be informed

We will be taking no additional action in regards to this right. We currently require all user accounts to explicitly agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy before registration is possible.


The right to rectification

We will be taking no additional action in regards to this right. We currently allow all user accounts to view and modify their personal information and profile data via their client portal.


The right to be forgotten

Upon a request for erasure by a client, we have implemented systems to allow us to permanently remove any records of the client from our systems and databases. This includes, but is not limited to, personal information, service and invoice history, activity logs, support tickets, and email history.


The right to data portability

Upon a request by a client, we will provide a complete copy of data tied to their account in a machine-readable format.
